Our Dream

Adfam is a national charity working to help and better the life for families who are affected by alcohol and drugs. At Adfam we want anyone affected by a family members addiction to drugs or alcohol to be able to benefit from healthy relationships as well as feel part of a loving and supportive family whilst enjoying mental and physical wellbeing.


The use of drugs and alcohol can ultimately destroy a family's wellbeing and the relationships within it.


Our Goal

We stop these incidents happening by enabling family members as well as support workers to influence the addict's decision-making.


Our Core Values

We talked with family members and frontline laborers People who have experienced these type of problems most likely can provide some solutions. But it's not only support; this program informs and educates family members over devastating effects and how to take a stand in support of drug and alcohol addiction reduction in homes and workplace. We aim to provide both groups with resources, knowledge, belief and ways to help themselves, their communities, customers and peers.

The influence of both drug and alcohol abuse on family harmony is intense and diverse. We put lots of care and focus on our work as we tend to use most effective methods for the real world. We've designed programs that allows individuals and institutions the opportunity for making informed choices also encourage them to drop bad habits to health and wellness progress. We depend upon the support of friends and associates for guidance and direction.

We are dedicated to providing the work of the best standard as we are serious about our job and partnerships. We recognise that injustice and discrimination are the biggest threats towards individual and family recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. We advocate for just society of individuals with equal rights and opportunities regardless of their drug or alcohol orientation to make a contribution using individual potential towards nation building activities through collective participation.


Who Are Our Partners

  • Family, friends and caretakers - We support persons influenced by another's drug or alcohol abuse, and help them to make sure that they have a stake in the problems that affect them.
  • Frontline workers - We make sure that the work our frontline workers provide is appropriate and efficient by raising their confidence, abilities and potential.
  • Decision-makers- Our engaged and influenced national and local leaders and decision makers make policies which are made according to the issues of families.
